Hello
I hope this is not straying away from film too much but so often the British stars we talk about and love when they are not in film work in the theatre.
Would it not be possible with the technology as it is now to film each play throughout Britain, and then via the internet distribute the DVD/video.
A camera from a fixed position as they do in conferences perhaps.
Not only would this help us spotting the stars but also the money raised would go towards financing theatre, helping actors and would enable those in the far off lands to enjoy what mainly city dwellers do.
