Default The Times 100 Best Movies

I thought the choice wasn't too bad, but what about the omission of AMOLAD? I expect that may have caused some fluttering in the doocots!

Yet another film list that doesn't specify the criteria used to select them or rank them. This one appears to be just the personal opinion of one person.

I would say it's fairly meaningless, and not just because it doesn't include AMOLAD

These are the ones on that list I would consider for a top 100, but even some of those may not make the cut.

I would agree, and "Citizen Kane" isn't even on the list as far as I can see! "Just another random list of 100 films in no particular order" would indeed be a better description! The fact that a Jim Carey film is at number 9 speaks volumes about who ever composed the list!

Quite. If it were Earth Girls Are Easy however, it would be perfectly understandable

The Times had an equally useless list a few weeks back when they did the top fifty crime writers it was inane, insipid and thoughtless.
