I think confirmed hetero men who are comfortable with their sexuality can get away with wearing pink, and flowery effeminate shirts I always receive compliments from the ladies when I don my Nicole Fahri ( bought in the sale shop in Bicester £125 reduced to £20 ) blue short sleeved adorned with big embroidered red flowers on it! But that may be because they want to nick it off me and wear it themselves, but I aint going to let them.

I have one like that ... but my flowers are blue. I also have a nice salmon pink pure wool sweater which look great with a white grandad t-sirt underneath. It really is the biz!
