Its an ignominy (look it up its exactly that) why can't they create a library of films that people can download. What is the problem?. Its not that you can't tape off the t.v anyway. The BBC run on a licence payment, the BFI get a grant. Our money. Why not just for a change don't they give us something we want. I, like most of the people who use this site, watch films. Stills, posters and articles are all well and good but how about some real films please. Oh yes! before I forget. Not everybody lives in London. Not everybody lives in England. Its not easy to pop down and watch something at the BFI and its not cheap if you do. Jack Cardiff is doing a Q&A at the BFI after a film showing in September. Why can't that be on the site?. If not start a satellite station with OUR MONEY. Is the BFI for you?, me?, everybody in this country? or is it just another London private club?.
