Someone wrote to the Answers to Correspondents section in the Daily Mail,asking where does the music come from for the BBC coverage of the London Marathon.
I duly replied and it is published in today's Daily Mail. Although,I will admit not all of the answer is mine.

Nice to see that Goodwin is still touring and conducting at 76. Sorry to see that the article made no mention of my fave Rita Tushingham in "The Trap".

BTW, I must be missing a speel chekker option soemwhere...

Rita Tushingham is mentioned and sadly Ron Goodwin died in 2003.

Sorry,I thought you were referring to my letter. The article about the radio interview did not mention Rita Tushingham.
