I've dealt with both of these people frequently and both are good about filling orders and don't overcharge. Sometimes the DVDs from Tory's Mystery Movies have defects, but he always replaces them. He doesn't seem to be using the higher quality materials he used to, so you might want to make your own back-up.

Dealt with both too and no complaints. Think Tory offers copies on DVD and Bob on videotape.
