I've sent off my tokens for the set but one branch of Smiths I went in were selling off surplus free DVDs from the Daily Mail for 45p each. I was tempted but it's probably more fun to wait until the whole set arrives. The worst thing about buying the newspaper was that John Prescott's image seemed to be plastered all over it every day, you could escape the editorial slant by not reading it but you couldn't possibly avoid those horrible pictures of "two shags"!

Yes, it was embarrasing enough coming out with a DM in hand, but the Prescott pix made the experience 10 times worse.... [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blushing.gif[/img]

I am sure there is a Prescott saga movie waiting to be made (perhaps by the same outfit that made the David Blunkett comedy for Channel 4) !
There hasn't been a good British sex comedy for some time....

Any suggestions for a title?

I picked up a copy today and I've seen about 20 minutes so far. It's very creepy but the sets and the picture quality are fantastic. Silent films always remind me of that recurring dream many people have of being abducted in the street and you can see friends and family close by searching for you but they don't spot you, and so you open your mouth to shout or scream and nothing comes out, then you wake up, hopefully! The nice thing about silent movies is that you can use your own soundtracks, and I put on Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd and it seemed to work well.
