The BBC are staging a two-part adaptation of Graham Greene's novel Ministry of Fear. I've only seen the film, with Ray Milland, once many years ago, but it's always stuck in my memory. It's about time that some of Ray Milland's films were released on DVD - Alias Nick Beal, The Uninvited, Ministry of Fear. All of these are superb films, seen many years ago.
BBC Radio 4 15:00 - 16:00 03/09/06 and repeated on the following Saturday evening at 21:00. Part 2 will be on Sunday 10/09/06, at the same time, as will the repeat on the following Saturday. Nick |

Milland's wonderful in 'Alias Nick Beal', which is a sort of follow-up to the other Latimer-scriped / Farrow-directed classic of the year previous: 'The Big Clock'. Both are on DVD now I thought I read. I've seen the other two frequently on TCM.You might want two keep a watch on 'Arise My Love' , 'The River's Edge', and 'The Man with X-Ray Eyes' , if they are on video, I have no idea, but they must be!
