name='hhhhancock']Ridley Scott is to direct the film of the Cormac McCarthy book, Blood Meridian. Many critics view this as on of the best books of the 20th century (he also wrote No Country for Old Men).
There are post critizing Ridley Scott as a director on IMDB. Is this just the modern fashion for iconoclasm, or is the critism valid? I always thought that Ridley Scott was pretty good.
The criticisms are only the opinions of a few individuals. Is there anyone who has never been criticised by anyone? You can't please all of the people all of the time
