I love this moment! It's a wonderful scene with Billie Whitelaw and Timothy Garland as her young son. Bryan acts like a 'peeping Tom', interrupting their preparing a meal in the kitchen. Seeing his cheerful round face in the window frame still makes me smile.

I recently saw Lynne in an episode of Follyfoot and John in Public Eye and Budgie, both from 1971 - the same year he was in A Clockwork Orange. He was only 32 then but looked about 45.

I didn't know that. STILL waiting to see this film. Notable among his later credits are Kate, with Phyllis Calvert, War And Peace and Crown Court. Apparently Pat Phoenix, who played his mum in Coronation Street, refused to speak to him when she learned he was leaving the show.

Philip Lowrie, who played Elsie Tanner's son Dennis, has recently returned to Coronation Street, apparently. I'll look out for him.

Well done, billy I watched this a couple of nights ago. Kenneth plays one of the Guardsmen Rita Tushingham hopes will direct her to the
YWCA. She must have asked most of the cast! Ken has just one line in his all-too-brief scene ("We've never seen you before here. Never!"):

The camera is halfway through moving from a window further to the left and is about to reveal four other
'Guardsmen', one of whom is Julian Holloway. I will post an image of them at Uncredited actors after this.

He did, for a couple of stints in the early 80's, his young wife was played by stunning Debbie Arnold.

Thinking more about Geoffrey Hughes and someone on another thread mentioning The Haunted House of Horror reminded me that Veronica Doran who played Eddie Yeats love interest and future wife Marion Willis in Corrie in 1982-83 appeared in said film.

with Richard O'Sullivan & Robin Stewart.

with Carol Dilworth [wife of Chip Hawkes, mum to Chesney], i think though I could be wrong

She also has a small role in Adventures of a Private Eye

with Anna Quayle & Suzy Kendall
