Do you mean the 1954 US TV show with Peter Lorre playing Le Chiffre.

Is it any good? Only from a "completist" point of view if you have seen all the other Bonds.

This TV show was so low budget, so low production values, that I nearly didn't get to the end (and it lasted less than 55 minutes). And it cost me nearly £20 I seem to recall.

Yes, I do mean this one, it's for sale here at a low price (about 7€), maybe I'll get it for P.Lorre....

    Thanks Bernard.

The version on have last about 40m and has the end missing .... it only cost me about a fiver and the picture quality is quite good. Are there any 'complete' versions out there?

My version, video not DVD, says that it was edited from the best material available and that "it ends abruptly a few seconds before the original ending".

It looks a little better than I remembered.

When I saw the title of the thread I had a bizarre vision of Peter Lorre as James Bond.

    I'm feeling better now, though.

I seem to recall that there is a full length version out there somewhere - I've got the same version as others on this forum. If it's still going, it may be The Ian Fleming Foundation that were offering the complete version.
