Re-watched the brilliant "Agentes Secretos" today. Well paced story, well acted and the always watchable Monica Bellucci, a delight. Is it a Spanish/French production?

It got me thinking again about my never-ending gripe about the lack of equivalent British films. Are we totally short of ideas or funding?

Does anyone know the size(?) of British film-making currently? What are the comparative sizes of other european film-making? Where do the french get their funding from? Does British film-making get a fair crack of the whip from the Government/Lottery funding?
