It may eliminate the stutter... but I doubt it. If only it were an effect of screen refresh.

Besides, I think my TV is 100 mhz... I might be wrong, but I think this is the case.

region one/region two. I,myself would rather buy region two,I have a 52 inch hd colour telly and i see a slight better quality picture than the region one dvd has to offer. Since I reside in Canada,most of my dvd's are region one,but,I have many region two dvd's and I see a slight differnce in the picture quality.

With the £/$ exchange rate it's well worth picking up some R1 discs currently as they work out at under a tenner.
