Default Region free DVD player for computer?

Anyone know how I can view Region 2, 3, 4 DVDs through my Dell laptop? I was given one more time to watch a non-R1 DVD on my computer recently, so I'm wondering how I can watch stuff on here in the future if there's a DVD player I could buy for laptop or not?

Just use a decent viewer - just about anything except Micro$oft Windoze Meeja Player.
Try the VLC Player

Andi, just to clarify.

Are you asking about a software media player (as Steve has suggested above), a hardware DVD player, or something to enable the DVD player on your Dell to play discs other than Region 1?

Sorry, I mean either a hardware DVD player or something that will enable me to play all region DVDs. My DVD player has been telling me that I can only switch to watch a non-R1 DVD one last time before it will set that code permanently, and then I'll only be able to watch that region type of DVDs. (Hope that made sense.) Thanks!

Indeed.

I've been using DVD Region+CSS Free on my Dell laptops for some years now.

DVD X Player will let you play discs from any region without having to re-set the region code on your drive. Lets you play an unlimited number of variously coded discs without having to use up the 5 allowed setting changes on your DVD Drive.
