Apologies if this topic has been covered elsewhere, but I have finally cracked the problem of these two channels being seen in a stretched form, resulting in the TobyJug effect. If you go to the Services button on the Sky remote, then Picture, and change the format to 16:9 and press Save, you will find that you will get a perfect 4 x 5 picture. Why a 16x9 setting results in a 4 x 5 picture I do not begin to guess. However, one has to remember to change the remote picture setting back to its original position, or your next recording will be unwatchable.
