Default pal to ntsc
hi folks

im still in the dark about changing pal to ntsc.christine helped me by getting me some software that changes the format from pal to ntsc but i cant make head or
tails out of it.can anyone lend a hand about this problem?i could take it to a photo
shop here and let them do it but it costs.help.tanks.
