You shouldn't need 'decypher' or 'dvdshrink' unless you're burning a dual layer DVD to a single layer (because one holds more data than the other) - which isn't likely for +R or -R.

All you need is to make a straight DVD copy... All you need is a burner like Nero... no ripping necessary.

Try a straight DVD copy rather than messing about with ripping and decyphering. Ripping should not be necessary in the least.
