Amazon.com delivery issues

The main grouse I have with Caiman is that they send DVD's in unsealed, flimsy, white cardboard boxes. So flimsy that the DVD's could easily fall out en route. Of course, the fact that the postage, packing and handling only comes to £1:25 may have something to do with that.

Agreed, their DVD's are not packed quite as well as Amazons, but I've yet to receive one that has come "unstuck".
