I have to say that I wasn't impressed with this film one bit - Marvin just really p*ssed me right off.

Hugely Disappointed of Kingston

Agreed! The plus point was Martin "Mr Ordinary" Freeman who has that act down to a fine art. However, Trillian and Ford Prefect's acting was awful and Bill Nighy sleepwalked through his entire performance. Massive disappointment, complete stinkeroony

Absolutely. They cut so much out that I lost the thread completely - they should have just concentrated on one book, rather than trying to take in the whole "trilogy" (bless Douglas' little cotton socks!!) ... I felt like Marvin waiting 20 million years for everyone to turn up at the car park - you wait ages for the film, then what a come down.
