Default Summer Of British Film

For those of you in my neck of the woods, the Light House Cinema at Wolverhampton is screening a special British film season for the summer as follows :

31/7/07 GOLDFINGER

7/8/07 BRIEF ENCOUNTER

14/8/07 BILLY LIAR

21/8/07 HENRY V (Olivier)

28/8/07 THE WICKER MAN

4/9/07 THE DAM BUSTERS

11/9/07 WITHNAIL & I

I believe a season ticket special price is available. Here's the link :

Light House Media Centre and Cinema

For anyone prepared to travel, the good news is that the Light House is just round the corner from the railway station...

SMUDGE

EDIT : These are new digital HD transfers (allegedly)

I love seeing lists like this - it proves to me that prints are available - all I have to do is get our distributor to give us a price for our festivals!! Thanks!

I really like the goals of the Digital Screen Network, and hope the cinema owners will give it a chance to grow its audience. I'm just afraid a cinema owner will take the sampling from one show or one film, one bad-weather day, and write it off without any dedication to these goals.
