For those of you in my neck of the woods, the Light House Cinema at Wolverhampton is screening a special British film season for the summer as follows :
31/7/07 GOLDFINGER 7/8/07 BRIEF ENCOUNTER 14/8/07 BILLY LIAR 21/8/07 HENRY V (Olivier) 28/8/07 THE WICKER MAN 4/9/07 THE DAM BUSTERS 11/9/07 WITHNAIL & I I believe a season ticket special price is available. Here's the link : Light House Media Centre and Cinema For anyone prepared to travel, the good news is that the Light House is just round the corner from the railway station... My daughter is mad to see the New Harry Potter film so i had to book for thursday, she is so obsessed with him her walls have disappeared with the posters, and she still wont stop buying she is determend she will get a part in the next Harry Potter film. Oh what it is to be 13.

I really like the goals of the Digital Screen Network, and hope the cinema owners will give it a chance to grow its audience. I'm just afraid a cinema owner will take the sampling from one show or one film, one bad-weather day, and write it off without any dedication to these goals.
