The Captive Heart (1946) - out on the 8th of October
The Long Arm (1956) - out on the 5th of November.

Next week, Sep 11, Region-1 releases includes Earth Dies Screaming and Witchfinder General. And the Criterion release of Robinson Crusoe On Mars.

But no date is set for the long-threatened box-sets releases of CARRY ONs and ST. TRINIAN's.

Seconded - This is very good information.
The Captive Heart gets my vote as the best-ever POW film. I've been waiting for a quality print for a very long time.

Just to advise everyone that The Captive Heart is shipping a week early from some online retailers.

Mine shipped this morning.

Let's hope it's a decent print/transfer rather than some 'minging old piece of tat' that could be bettered from a television broadcast...
