What happened to the DVD release of this? On the release date it went immediately to a status of "unavailable".

It was to be released by DDHE who then went into administration before the title (and many others) were released.

Gideon's Day is likely to be released when the 'new company' (SHE) starts trading (reported to be from the end of this month).

This happens all to often. I am still waiting for "Mandy" which should have been released ages ago, now this and it looks as though the long awaited arrival of "Night Of The Demon" may be delayed.

Night of the Demon is delayed for the same issue (DDHE) as mentioned above.

Bear in mind that DD Home Entertaiment may have lost their distribution rights to these films when they went into administration.

Indeed. It'll be interesting to see just how much remains from DDHE when SHE starts trading shortly.
