    Hey all

Anyone else experiencing problems with some of Optimums dvds??? Both my Angels One Five and Landfall dvds only play on one machine in my house. In one other machine it they wont start up, they make a crunching sort of sound and it comes up disc error. in another Landafll keeps pausing. All 3 machines are Sony and within 6 months old. A pal of mine had a similar problem with one of their dvds too

I've had no problems so far. My latest Optimum disc, Sammy Going South, plays perfectly on all my three DVD players and my Laptop. Maybe the problems are confined to Angels One Five and Landfall. I should contact Optimum about them if I were you.

One of the earlier series also had a fault and they had to issue replacement discs.

I have a continuing problem with THE BEST OF BRITISH SERIES collection not one of them ( 8 so far ) would play on my Sony, so i went to Lidl last week and purchased a Toshiba, problem sorted.Today i wanted to watch the Stanley Baker film Hell is a City again the Tosh had to come out, does anyone know if it is possible to connect two dvd players and a video player to my old Sony television ( we don't go digital till 2012 in my area and i cannot even get any freeview channels or 5 for that matter so i'm keeping my money in my pocket till then.
