Was wondering what had happened to this. Assume it means October for television, then DVD a month later? I believe this second series features Corin Redgrave's final TV role.

Yes, according to the press releases in January, where they talk about the first 5 episodes being complete, Corin Redgrave is in this.
BBC Press Release
I found it odd that his name wasn't mentioned in the DVD release information, nor was Anna Massey's, Roy Marsden's or Robert Glenister's. Not displeased that Hannah ended up with the lead shout, but.......
At least I now have a firm date for when I will be able to see this, plan to pre-order the DVD.
The release date for this has been moved forward to November 1st (yay!!)
