You will notice in these Saint films that the "Saint Theme" composed by, or at least credited to, Leslie Charteris is incorporated into the main title and background scores. The same theme can also be heard on the Saint radio series, the later Hammer/RKO Saint film, latterly on the Roger Moore series and in the Ian Ogilvy series. I don't think it is used in the Val Kilmer film, but the less said about that production the better!

The Saint Meets the Tiger / The Saint's Vacation / The Saint Takes Over / The Saint in London / The Saint in New York.
Why did'nt they ever make The Saint in Walsall? or The Saint in Stoke?
Of the classic Saint films I think the first film with Louis Hayward (New York) was the best one. George Sanders, bless him, pretty much played himself as both the Saint and Falcon - entertaining, but not my idea of Templar. Hugh Sinclair, he wasn't very interesting. But it's good to see more of these available to a wider audience.
