I've tried (and failed) to watch this film twice on an aeroplane. It's dismally bad, IMO. Thanks for the heads up on the release, but I won't be buying it.

I'll be running away from this too. Miss Arteton drives me round the bend with her "I want to be considered as a serious actor and not objectified" schtick whilst appearing in romcom fluff wearing the tightest pair of Daisy Dukes known to mankind.
Watched it last night - fluffy but fun. A surprise Stephen Frears wanted to do it but he marshals the elements efficiently enough. Allam is very good but then he does have the best part and is closely followed by Tasmin Greig. Miss Arterton is pure eye candy - the false nose is feeble.
A guilty pleasure.
