Should I have kept my spare copy to sell on the InterWeb at a vast profit in a couple of weeks time?

To be fair to Amazon I think they probably underestimated demand, I had this in my basket from its announcement but didn't actually order it till the release date.

I just received my copy yesterday and waited 2 weeks for it from Amazon but they did send me an email apologising for the delay.....but it was worth it. Id never seen this film before and being a big 'dead of night' fan was very interested in it. Another Ealing classic. So pleased to have it at last

I suspect the film did better than they (Optimum) expected but probably as well as would expect.

Finally had my copy from PLAY this morning. They too apologized for the delay.
I am pleased to see the censor cert is included, just love to have those.

I bought my copy today along with 'Dead of Night' (of which I only had a copy from a TV airing).

At last my copy of The Halfway House has arrived. I'm really pleased with the quality of the picture.
