Oh good, another chance to see Dennis Price

No, not the well known actor, the pianist with The Steelmen, Tommy's backing group

Steve
I got fooled in watching The Tommy Steele Story for that precise reason some years ago

He does get a screen credit as "Dennis Price. The IMDb thought that it was the well known actor until I pointed it out and created an entry in their database for 'Dennis Price (II)'

Why didn't I notice this before? Great idea and glad it's been done...

Now bring on the release of 6-5 Special!

I have on DVD the BBC4 showing of 6-5 SPECIAL if you'd like a copy - the guest star is Spike Milligan :-)

Haven't heard of Tommy Steele for some time.
Is he still performing in the UK?

Dave.

He's currently in a touring production of Dr Dolittle - he's at the Bristol Hippodrome next week.

Default Half a Sixpence

Tommy Steele signed my dvd of Half a Sixpence, for me today. I had to get a region 1 copy from USA as it is not availible in this country. It's still one of my favourites films from the 60's, love Julia Foster as Ann.
