I think the DVD has the option of English soundtrack, so no need to understand French.....
Amazon.Fr is similar to Amazon.co.uk in operation....
I need to kidnap (briefly) one of my French-speaking friends!

Thank you Julian - I meant I need to know French to order the thing online!

You don't need to know much French! Everything is in the same position as Amazon.co.uk so if you keep both browsers open I'm sure you'll be fine. I regularly show people how to use foreign versions of Hotmail (which isn't even my mail provider of choice) even the Arabic one so I'm sure you can cope with a dictionary and Amazon.fr. Perhaps Moonfleet can talk you through it![]()
Finally watching this - three years after purchase!
That bakery scene where Strauss junior gets the inspiration for the Blue Danube. Ho ho. And I thought nothing could top the similar scene in The Great Waltz.
I'm rather enjoying this though.
I watched it about a year ago; very forgettable indeed. A waste of both Jessie and Alfred's talents, IMO.
