Too bad 999 didn't start a new thread so anyone looking for Donald could find it like that. (hint hint)

Fantastic, now we just need a Petula Clark boxset!

I had this idea ages ago, I wonder who's doing it LOL.

Some minus points though...

Lady Godiva Rides Again - Diana's role is quite small
Good Time Girl - ditto
The Calendar - IMDB has her far down the cast
Oliver Twist - also a small role
It's Not Cricket - she's credited as 'Blonde' and quite far down on IMDB...
A Boy, a Girl and a Bike - not one of the main roles...
A Kid for Two Farthings - this is already out
Three for All - according to IMDB she is quite far down the cast!

Thumbs up for the others though, at least she was one of the main stars. The rest have used little imagination!!

Because Donald Sinden is in it and Dors fans may not want to buy the Sinden set just to get that one film, and vice versa.

That's how they get your money .... you would have to buy both sets if you are a completist ... or get a copy of 'Alligator...' off e-bay. Bats.

Surely the films can be purchased individually, the ones from the Arthur Askey set can.

Start every day with a smile and get it over with.

I just checked that out and apparently not, and there are no indications that you will be able to later. I expect the old e-bay profiteers will split a few packs up and sell 'em individually for a tenner or more each. Bats.

You will of course be able to rent discs individually from Amazon UK - they always split boxed set up for rentals .....
