Nothing astonishing about that ..... Michael Winner was a really good director and made some fine films, mainly in the 60s and early 70s.

Trilogy" ('Some Like It Cool' (1961), 'Play It Cool' (1962) and 'The Cool Mikado' (1963) - from nudie flicks to bastardised G&S via poor old Billy Fury)? Or anything from 'The Nightcomers' (1971) onwards? Which doesn't leave that much - though I'm happy to be enlightened....
