Hard Times- Network

I see Network are releasing the 1977 tv version of Dickens' Hard Times on the 4th February, featuring Patrick Allen, Edward Fox et al, haven't seen this since it was originally broadcast but I have fond recollections of it. Probably worth a puint to join the backlog !

i've pre-ordered it from amazon which is £5 cheaper that from network!

i was disappointed with the BBC version,it was too short and i thought beatie edneys portrayal of louisa gradgrinds cold nature was poor-she just frowned all the way through!
