Hi to all: Maybe someone can enlighten me, have (or) did DDHE go into administration? Only there was info back in 2007 to say that they were going to release unreleased films in Hammer's back catalogue! 'Cash On Demand' from Columbia was one of them.I suppose now this has gone out the window??

Yes, DDHE went into administration. Too many DVD retailers giving too many discounts. A shame as DDHE did quite a lot that nobody else did.

They've been taken over by but not completely replaced by Simply Home Entertainment

Simply HE (or SHE) don't carry all of the stock that DDHE used to offer

Yes that was very disappointing Cash on Demand, Never Take Sweets from a Stranger and if memory serves Yesterday's Enemy were all lined up for release. These plans are no more since the collapse as far as I know

Sadly STILL not released! I have a 6 out of 10 copy bought years ago from a UK seller and still watch it now and again-I love the dialogue-the tension never lets up.It was a Tv play in the 1950's in which Andre Morell starred, called 'The Gold Inside'.

They had a ton of stuff lined up; The Damned, Camp On Blood Island, & lots more. What a shame!

I recently had an email from Sony DVD to tell me that they hope to release "Never Take Sweets From A Stranger" in 2010.

Surely they could do better than this film? (Badly photographed) and not one of the better ones?.. 'Cash On Demand' (or) 'Shadow Of The Cat'! that would be more promising!
