Looking for Hide and Seek

Just wondering if anyone has a copy of Hide and Seek with Ian Carmichael. Starts off at a Chess competition and think it ends with a submarine waiting to pick him up. To get him to the location he meets certain characters along the way who although seem genuine are actually manipulating him to get to the location of the submarine. I think I have got the plot correct roughly anyway.
