Default Wanting: Spy Story; Modesty Blaise; The Magus and Sebastian

I recently registered with retro tv and put a request in to find these films but as yet to no avail so I thought Id try my luck here

Spy Story is a 1976 adaptation of the Len Deighton novel

Modesty Blaise is the 60s film starring Monica Vitti and Terence Stamp

The Magus is a 60s film starring Michael Caine

Sebastian stars Dirk Bogarde and is another swinging 60s romp

Any help is much appreciated thanks

I have an excellent NTSC print of Modesty Blaise. I've sent you a PM.

The seller is in the UK and claims they are "public domain" and therefore being sold legally.
The seller is WRONG!

It's weird that 'Modesty Blaise' isn't available, especially as someone as high profile as Joseph Losey directed it.

Wasn't it shown on BBC4 recently as part of their series about cartoons?

Modesty Blaise was available on American DVD from 20th Century Fox.

It is now out of print, so expect prices to rise. Luckily I picked it up when it was first issued.

It was the US 2004 Scott Spiegel "re-make", My Name Is Modesty: A Modesty Blaise Adventure which was shown on BBC4.

I bought "The Magus" recently via amazon, its region 1 DVD and a crystal clear transfer.
