Does anyone have copies of these Barbara Shelley films? I remember Shadow of the Cat being on Channel 4 in a widescreen print but I don't recall Cat Girl ever being on the box. Plenty to trade. Please PM.

Can anybody tell me where I can get a decent copy of The Shadow of the Cat- the 1961 black and white film-I have looked in the usual places and can`t find it,somebody tried downloading it for me but said it was such bad quality I wouldn`t find it watchable.

I have it and it is reasonable quality, certainly watchable anyway. Message me if you want me to do copy for you.

Does anyone know if this is commercially available? If not, if someone has it, any chance of a copy? Happy to pay.

    Thanks

I have DVD-r recorded from French TV (via satellite, and in Pal). Soundtrack is in English, but you can find the French subs annoying. If interested, just tell me!
(the screen ratio is 4.3 - I don't think it was the original ratio, but the channel probably got the master like it)

Oddly not, although almost all the other post 1957 Hammers now are (once Scarlet Blade and Brigand of Kandahar are released) except for this and The Secret of Blood Island. I assume Universal have the rights (unless there is a legal snag because its techncially a BHP film rather than a Hammer film) - hopefully they'll put it out as a DVD-R on their burn through collection one day.
