I see that Amazon have issued the above as STICK 'EM UP on a double bill with THE PENNY POOL.

Is this the edited version or the full version, does anyone know?

They are merely being sold by amazon - the disc was issued by Odeon Entertainment.

Since both films were submitted to the BBFC on one disc it's difficult to work out the actual run times for each film:

BBFC: The Penny Pool + Stick 'Em Up

Odeon Ent: The Penny Pool & Stick 'Em Up
Nucleus Films:
DVD Releasing + Extras Production

I have this DVD - the length of Stick 'Em Up is 51:13.

It's not that difficult, it actually tells you on the BBFC page you link to.
