I have reasonably watchable copies of The Passing of the Third Floor Back and Bank Holiday if this is any use - don't know how you are for regions, though, These will be UK region 2 I think. Both recorded from UK Channel 4 so probably have occasional breaks where the commercials were (though commercials have been removed).
