Hello All,
I posted this thread a couple of years ago wilth no luck so just thought I would have another go, you never know.
A film about a penny (the old 1d) it is silent (I think) set probably in the 1920s and possibly ten or fifteen minutes long. There's a lot of guess work here, I saw it about forty years ago on the telly. It starts with a man holding a penny (Britannia side showing) and then he goes out and about doing everything you can do with a penny (not the lavatory though). The things I remember are that he buys an icecream and he buys a platform ticket and that's all I remember. I don't even know the title. Possilbly 'The Penny' Has anyone else seen this film? Does anyone know anything about? Any info would be gratefully received.
