Wideboy's comment is quite true for there are scenes in The Boys at a building site which was on Lord Hills Road, near the the junction with Delamere Terrace. The area has now been totally rebuilt apart for the church, visible in some of the shots, which still survives in the middle of a sort of 1960's no man's land. However, there is sadly no street sign visible on my old vhs tape made many years ago.

The bridge, which featured in The Blue Lamp, crosses the Grand Union Canal and is just visible (on my tape) extreme left immediately after Jess Conrad chases the removal van along Delamere Terrace. To support the films setting as east London the producers appear to have used a van from a real company 'Bermans' of Golding Street, Stepney, which was in business at the time of filming.

I have THE BOYS on DVD if you're still looking for it. It's in anamorphic 16:9 too, and has an excellent picture.
