I found 'The Boys' a very interesting film and wonder if you could identify the location, or locations, of the scenes shot where you lived as a child? If I remember correctly it is suggested in the film that the boys live in the East End, but the film has a north or north-west London feel for many of the scenes. Thank you.

Default The Boys 1962

many apologies have stumbled across this site and can't work out how to search the forums and send PMs. I am after a copy of The Boys 1962 and saw that Smudge has a copy but can't get back to that thread or send a PM.

So

1. can someone point me in the direction of how to use the forum it works slightly different from one i use.

2. can Smudge if you see this contact (or anyone else who has a copy) email me.

many thanks and sorry for dim wittedness.

Quite a few scenes are around Lord Hills Road (you can just about read the street sign at one point), in Maida Vale, near Warwick Avenue.

The same bridge over the Regent (?) Canal was also used in The Blue Lamp.

The Boys (1962) is actually on YouTube at the moment.
I'd love a good copy though!
