Default Children's Film Foundation - Cff

Does anyone have any Childrens Film Foundation titles to swap? I have approximately 20 CFF films other than those released on the Network 'Saturday Morning Pictures' discs and am always on the lookout for more. Anyone interested in swapping?

I do have an Ntsc VHS of one of CFF's movies, "Supersonic Saucer", 1956, directed by S.G. Ferguson.
It was one of these titles released on video by some semi-professionel company such as "Sinister Cinema" in the USA. My tape is an original, not a copy, but the quality is only what I call "watchable". However, I could transfer it, not on a VHS, but on a DVD,

Hi Cheryl,
Sorry I don't have a swap for you but I wonder if you can answer a burning question for me. What was the CFF episode that included a young Linda Robson? I believe it was made around 1970. Sorry I don't have any further info.
Regards
Jonathan
She was actually in 3 of them:
Anoop and the Elephant (1972)
The Battle of Billy's Pond (1976)
Junket 89 (1970)

I have FIVE ON A TREASURE ISLAND starring Rel Grainer, Richard Palmer, Gilliam Harrison, directed by Gerald Landau. It's a serial from 1957 and complete on a DVD.

I am trying to track down the above film which was produced by the Children's Film Foundation in 1962 or 1964. I believe that Granada international may have the rights to it now but I really don't know where to start to begin looking for it. This was produced by the CCF and Rank Film distributors, which I believe were tyaken over by carlton and then Granada!!!

Has anyone out there tried to find a particular film and succeeded, or at least knows where I would start searching. I've tried looking for film archieves on the net but haven't had much success.

The Enid Blyton Society had their hands on this film some years ago but it was returned and now no one knows where it is.

I would be greatful of any advice as I am determined to find this film.

Any sensible help please e-mail me at blytonseeker@aol.com

Thanks from Jackie

Default Childrens Film Foundation Titles Wanted

Can anybody please help me with any Childrens Film Foundation titles they might have on old VHS from the past years. I have around 15+ including commercially available titles. Please note I am a keen collector and will genuinely help with trades or will buy wherever possible, so please no timewasters.

Thank you.

Hi,
I posted a link to this site once before, and was told that there are many similar sites that are rather dodgy!!! However, it claims to have a number of CFF titles that may be of interest to you..
I've never used such sites myself,(although i've been tempted) and so cannot offer any recommendation and you'll have to weigh up the risks for yourself...
....CAVEAT EMPTOR !!!!!!!

There are a few that were released commercially (on video) by Rank Video.
I've got The Boy Who Turned Yellow and the blurb on the back includes ads for Hijack!, Cry Wolf and The Battle of Billy's Pond.

You might be able to pick up some of those on eBay or similar.

I'm looking for either a vhs or dvd copy of SAMMY'S SUPER T-SHIRT and GLITTERBALL? Does anyone here have them, and can make up a copy?

I have THE BOY WHO TURNED YELLOW, BATTLE OF BILLY'S POND and SKY PIRATES (all on original PAL VHS RANK HOME VIDEO) as well as other various weirdo tv shows/movies from the 70's and 80's. I could trade copies of the above for a copy of either of the two formentioned movies.

Any help would be appreciated?
