Hello All,
Can anyone help with a copy of this film, have found dubious copies on ebay for £14, HMV etc do not have it in their listings. My 10 year old son George is doing a project at school on Vikings, we have watched 'The Vikings' together, which he really enjoyed, as i did when i was a kid (and still do). I am sure he will like 'The Long Ships' I haven't seen it for some years but remember it as a good old adventure story, was it a bit tongue in cheek? Hope Someone can help us with this request.

If you log on to IMDb and punch in "THE LONG SHIPS" up in the top right hand corner you can follow a link to buy it from Amazon.com. It says you can buy it in England but by the looks its still R1 so you will need a multi reg DVD player or unlock your own. Its in widescreen so much better than the taped off tv scan and pan vertions.
