Argh, it was just on over here...if I still have it on tape I can copy it for you (PAL) but I'm not sure if I haven't recorded over it already (to be honest I didn't like it much, the father was just a bloomin' idiot)

Michael Craig made another great little film in the north-east in 1961 a year before "Life for Ruth" called "Payroll". He played Johnny (never call your son johnny, they always end up as bad'ns) Mellors. His gang and him rob a security van of £100,000. What a gang too. A Welshman, Irishman,(sounds like the start of a joke) Scouser and himself of course a cockney. Oh yes the love interest is French and the head cop Scottish all together in Newcastle. It's just cosmiccc!.
