This is the case that would making posting some shipping info - city, postal code - quite interesting. This could help others from mistakenly helping such a person.

I sent a PM on this subject but maybe "out in the open" is where this discussion belongs.

I'd say "Post the shipping address". Wrongdoers have their chance to correct the issues, and their refusal clearly volunteers them to be labeled as "predator" for everyone to know about. This is THEIR decision just as their abuse of trading relationships is THEIR decision.

Identifying them is the consequence of their decisions.

If I don't want my shipping address posted, then my obligation is to not mistreat my trading partners. (Well, any more than I do already!)
