I see a video of For Freedom 1940 is for sale via ebay for anyone interested. I love the British Classics and have quite a few myself. The item number is 230058577134 for anyone interested.
What was good to see in this film was the news reel voice chappy Mr Emmett, also to be heard in other features such as Get Cracking George Formby. Mr Emmett has quite a good part in the movie, and its also nice to see the great Will Fyffe taking the lead. A rare classic movie, and this tape was taken from a BFI print to super quality. Happy days! |
