I've found the film you're looking for on used VHS on Amazon.co.uk:

At last the Sgt's on the scrounge...........
Has anyone a DVD copy of this 1961 film starring Kenneth More, Susannah York & Jane Asher..........
I don't have Video player anymore......so it needs to be DVD (mines a standard Region2 DVD player only)
I probably don't have anything you'd be interested in seeing, you've seen most things anyway....
I am happy to pay reasonable price.......just contact me...

Well, that's really spooky, because a "kind forum member" sent me a copy only a few days ago........and in my review (ok i know) i said why not give it an offical release.........so maybe they do listen to what I say...........
