As this is,I believe an American TV production I think your best bet is a U.S.DVD site. It's available at www.dvdempire.com ,but it will be region 1 so you'd need a multi-region DVD player!I hope this helps. :)

Niel001 don't waste your time hunting down the Burt Lancaster version. Try and get a copy of Terence Fishers 1962 "PHANTOM OF THE OPERA". 84 minutes shot at Bray by Hammer with all the usual suspects. Hurbert Lom as the Phantom and in his best part in over 70 films Ian Wilson as the Dawarf. Great production value on a hammer budget. The underground sewer lair of the phantom and the fire effects, Lucas Light and Madgic eat your heart out.

Try to find it at ebay.com. Use "smart search", then "advanced search" with the option search worldwide. At the moment there are three DVDs offered. It is codefree so that you can watch it in UK as well. Happy bidding.
