Does anyone remember the film 'the Green Knight'? It's where the young boy's hair is green.
It's not an animated film - have just been online to look for it and noticed that there's something called 'Franklin and the Green Knight Movie' - i couldn't tell if it was the same film I'm looking for - I don't think it is as the 'pictures' of the product cover appear to be about something animated. It's 'real people' film - I've forgotten most of the storyline, but know it involves this Green Knight (like something out of an Arthur and the Round Table type film, and I know there's something about a young boy who's hair is/turns green. Anyway, if anyone recognises it from my poor description(?), and knows how I can get hold of a copy I'd appreciate knowing - I don't know if it's a Brit Film? cheers - jt - (viletrog) ![]() |

The boy with green hair sounds much more like something from THE BOY WITH GREEN HAIR. Little Dean Stockwell's hair spontaneously turns green to protest against war. Weird. There's no knight in it, it's set in the late forties.
I've seen GAWAIN AND THE GREEN KNIGHT, which is indeed a live-action adaptation of an Arthurian legend, and I don't remember any green-haired boy in it. |

This starred Murray Head (as Gawain) and Nigel Green (as the Green Knight). It was directed by eccentric film maker Stephen Weeks and filmed on location in South Wales. I was an extra in this movie as a drama student at Cardiff Castle.
